Email subscription & promotion policy
Separate promotional consent, confirmation, optional campaign email audiences, Resend contacts and unsubscribe handling.
Explicit consent and confirmation
Promotional email requires separate, explicit marketing consent and confirmation before promotional delivery. Creating an account, choosing interests or buying a campaign does not automatically subscribe someone. Consent and confirmation status are recorded separately from account details.
You can choose email updates through the subscription form and relevant account controls. Necessary service notices about accounts, payments, review, publishing or security are distinct from promotional messages.
Resend, contacts and suppression
Flyer Jungle uses Resend for email delivery and contact storage. Contact storage alone does not grant promotional consent. Unsubscribe and suppression status are retained and checked so unsubscribed or suppressed contacts are not silently reactivated.
Use the unsubscribe link or available subscription controls to stop promotional delivery. Necessary service notices can remain separate from promotional opt-out. Advertisers do not receive subscriber email lists.
Optional advertiser email promotion
Email promotion is optional and separately priced, at $2 per 100 selected recipients in addition to the $5 base campaign, before applicable taxes. One promotional message may include banners from multiple businesses. Email delivery does not guarantee opens, clicks or customers.
Location selections use real eligible subscribers who have confirmed consent and are not unsubscribed or suppressed. Overlapping audiences are deduplicated. The final selection is rechecked against availability and cannot exceed eligible recipients. When availability is zero, the email add-on is disabled without blocking the base campaign.

Keep your subscription details current and use Help & support for delivery or consent questions. The approved outgoing sender is notifications@flyerjungle.com; it is a sending identity, not an asserted legal or privacy contact.
